 Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe

This time I will try a recipe for cooking steak which is quite easy and of course uses basic ingredients that are easy to find. This recipe is perfect for Ribeye strip steak or Sirloin steak.


  • 2 (300 grams) Healthy Beef Ribeye or Sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed


  1. Leave the Healthy Beef steak at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat
  3. Dry both sides of the steak with paper towels then season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the Healthy Beef steak in the skillet and press with tongs on the top surface of the steak to ensure that the entire bottom surface is in direct contact with the skillet.
  5. Let cook until the bottom is browned, about 3 minutes.
  6. Flip and continue cooking until the steak is about 10 degrees from desired doneness, about 3 minutes longer.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter, garlic and thyme leaves.
  8. Spoon butter over steak and continue cooking until steak shows desired doneness
  9. Move to a plate. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Yeah it's done and ready to be served and eaten with loved ones!
