Salmon Pesto Pasta Recipe
Many people must not be familiar with pasta that uses pesto sauce. Pesto sauce is a pasta sauce typical of the city of Genoa, Italy made from basil leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and salt mixed with olive oil. This is how to make pasta with pesto sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spaghetti, boil, give a little oil and salt, then drain

- Dried basil leaves
- For the basil pesto ingredients
- 1 pack/ 100gr fresh basil leaves
- 10 gr peanuts/almonds
- Olive oil
- Salt

- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Kehu parmesan
Instruction:
- Make the basil pesto first
- The trick is to blend peanuts with garlic, add basil leaves little by little
- Add 20ml olive oil, add salt and pepper
- Add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, and finally add the lemon juice, the basil pesto is ready to use.
- Then heat 1 tablespoon of evoo, add garlic, stir fry until fragrant, then add 2 tablespoons of pesto basil and add spaghetti, mix well
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the oregano and dry basil. Remove and set aside
- Finally, grill the salmon that has been given salt and pepper, after it is cooked, remove it and put it on the pasta.. the dish is ready to be served.!
