Apple Pie Bourbon Fizz Drink

This Pizz Bourbon Fizz apple is made with bourbon, home-made apple pie flavored with simple syrup, apple cider, and a little soda water! This is the perfect amount of sweet and most beautiful cocktails for fall! I love to decorate it with honeycrisp apple slices and cinnamon sticks!

Apple Pie Bourbon Fizz Drink


For Apple Pie Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 glass of pink sugar, loosely packaged
  • 1 honeycrisp apple, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

For Sugar Apple Pie Edges

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon of allspice
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom

For bourbon soda

  • 3 ounces of soda water
  • cinnamon sticks for decoration
  • 2 1/2 ounces of bourbon
  • 2 ounces of apple pie syrup
  • 2 ounces of apple cider
  • honeycrisp apple slices for garnish

  1. To the plate, add sugar and spices and mix with your fingers.

Apple Pie Syrup

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix water, brown sugar, apples, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, and allspice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool completely, then strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl and discard the apples.

Bourbon Fizz

  1. Wet the edges of your glass with apple cider and apple pie sugar edges. Fill with crushed ice. Add some ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and add bourbon, simple syrup, and apple cider. Beat for 20-30 seconds and pour into a glass. Sprinkle with soda water and stir to mix. Garnish with honeycrisp slices and cinnamon sticks!
