How to make Danish Raspberry Cream Cheese

This Danish keto recipe is very easy to make and will make you forget all the commercially packaged things you can get at the store. Let's start!

Step One: Put mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of cream cheese into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, then stir - microwave for an additional 30 seconds. After the cheese has melted, heat it for another 30 seconds. This will make it look similar to cheese fondue.

Second Step: Mix with eggs, coconut flour, almond flour, and golden hemp. Place the mixture on wax paper and start squeezing it with your hands. You can also use a food processor if you like. Just use the dough knife.

Step Three: Divide the dough into 8 equal sized portions and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Using wet hands, shape the dough into 8 ovals on parchment paper.

Step Four: Start preparing the cream cheese topping. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sweeteners and vanilla until smooth. If you have a rocket blender, it will work perfectly. Add the mixture to each Danish dough.

Step Five: Prepare the raspberry topping. You can use a small pan or microwave to warm the raspberries. Add sweetener and sprinkle with glucomannan and stir until dissolved. Add a little raspberry topping to each Danish and stir with cream cheese. It will be thick, so it is best to crush it into cream cheese.

Step Six: Bake danishes at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the top has formed and the crust is golden brown. Let Denmark cool to room temperature and serve.

How do you make Danish keto?

Cheese. Not kidding! Mozzarella dough is probably the best keto invention ever. Whoever is responsible is a genius.

The first place I saw was Danish cheese on Top Too Late. Since then I have used my version in many different recipes.

Can I use a different topping?

Yes, if you want to add several different toppings to combine with raspberries or swap them all. Danish Danish crust is very tasty, and tastes different. One good idea is to use berries not just raspberries. Strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries will be a great addition to raspberries. Just don't use more than ¾ cup of total berries for each batch.

Another fun idea is to sprinkle some of your favorite beans on top of Denmark before baking. Almonds, pecans, and walnuts all taste good. Don't be crazy; sprinkles will be perfect. They will add some crunch and it tastes good too.

You can also water a little white or black without sugar on top of Denmark. It makes them look more beautiful and tastes super!

Danish Raspberry Cream Cheese

Raspberry Cream Cheese Danish cheese has a golden cake with sweet cream cheese and raspberry is divine. Splurge on this pampering Danish keto!

Prep Time: 20 Mins

Cook Time: 20 Mins

Total Time: 40 Mins

Ingredient

Dough ingredients

1 room temperature egg

1/3 cup of golden hemp powder or additional almond flour

Grated 8 ounces of mozzarella around 2 cups

2 ounces of cream cheese

1/3 cup of coconut flour

1/3 cup almond flour

Cream Cheese Topping

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 ounce cream cheese

1 egg

4 tablespoons Healthy Trim Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener

Raspberry Topping

1/2 teaspoon glucomannan

3/4 cup of frozen raspberries

1.5 tablespoons Healthy Trim Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener

Instructions

Place mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave one minute. Move. Microwave 30 seconds. Move. At this point, all cheese must be thawed. Microwave for 30 more seconds until uniform and gloopy (it should look like cheese fondue at this point).

Mix in egg and baking mixture. You have to throw it into wax paper and knead it by hand to put the ingredients thoroughly or you can do it in a food processor with batter.

Press into a large rectangle on parchment paper (this helps wet your hands). Divide into 8 parts and place it on a sheet of cake that has been prepared.

Make a cream cheese topping. Mix cream cheese with eggs, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. I do this in my rocket blender. Apply it to the pieces of the dough.

Make raspberry toppings. In a small saucepan or in a small microwave bowl, heat the raspberries. Add the sweetener and sprinkle on glucomannan. Stir until it dissolves. Add a lump of raspberry topping to each Danish and stir. It's quite thick but you can still flatten and sprinkle it in cream cheese to combine the two.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until the cheese topping is set and the crust is golden brown. Cool to room temperature.
